77jala Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important, as they apply throughout the entire document.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 77jala platform — whether or not you have completed account registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 77jala platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to arrange its closure. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 77jala with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

77jala is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Access to the platform and all of its services — including free-play modes, promotional pages, and account registration — is permitted only for individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of access. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location, device type, or referral source.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must also satisfy the following eligibility conditions to open and maintain an active 77jala account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 77jala employee or business partner.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on 77jala or any other gambling platform that you have elected to honour.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

77jala reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a player's relationship with the platform. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our verification team will result in account restriction and possible closure, with any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending resolution.

To access real-money games, place sports bets, and make deposits or withdrawals on 77jala, you are required to create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

Account Accuracy & Truthfulness

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during verification checks) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including the use of another person's identity, a pseudonym, or fabricated address details — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold a single active account on 77jala. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77jala will close all but the earliest registered account and may, at its discretion, forfeit bonus balances and restrict withdrawal of any funds that were obtained through multi-account activity.

Login Credentials & Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Your account credentials must not be shared with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf. 77jala strongly recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification on your account for an additional layer of security. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

Notification of Changes

You must promptly notify 77jala of any change to the personal information held on your account, including changes to your email address, mobile number, residential address, or payment method details. Updates can be made via the account settings page or by contacting support. Failure to keep your details current may result in delays to withdrawals or verification processes.

All financial transactions on 77jala — deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. All payment method values are shown in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

77jala currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All four are mobile financial services (MFS) widely used across Bangladesh, and all transactions are processed via secure, encrypted connections. 77jala does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method and any account-level restrictions applied by 77jala's risk management team.
• Deposits are credited to your 77jala account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in the vast majority of cases. Where a delay occurs, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most bKash and Nagad payouts arrive within 15–30 minutes of processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) check. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID.
• 77jala reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, fraud investigation, or KYC process. In such cases, the support team will communicate the reason and estimated resolution timeline to the affected player.

Restricted Funds

Funds deposited on the 77jala platform are intended for gaming and betting purposes. The platform does not function as a banking or money storage service. 77jala reserves the right to close dormant accounts (those with no login activity for 180 or more consecutive days) and, following a reasonable notice period, may apply an administrative maintenance charge to dormant balances in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings section. Players with concerns about dormant account treatment are encouraged to contact support.

77jala offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with key events on the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and in the specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Current Offers page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 77jala must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the bonus plus deposit amount — will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Games may contribute differently towards wagering completion; for example, slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified per offer.

General Bonus Rules

• A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• 77jala reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering already in progress is not retroactively affected.
• Where a player has both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are wagered first by default unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum stake per spin or per bet while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum stake permitted during a bonus is ৳500 per spin or bet unless the individual offer states a different limit.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless the terms of both offers explicitly permit combination.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or misuse the bonus system — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the offer terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from that bonus will be removed from the player's account automatically. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates via the account dashboard.

By using the 77jala platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, at 77jala's sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent conduct: Including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, submitting falsified verification documents, or making intentionally misleading representations to 77jala staff.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games and match-fixing in sports betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in a manner not achievable by an unassisted human player.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors on the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through identified software exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 77jala platform as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. 77jala has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed towards 77jala staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Operating an affiliate scheme, reselling platform access, or using the 77jala brand name, logo, or content without express written permission from 77jala management.

77jala monitors platform activity continuously for indicators of the prohibited behaviours listed above. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 77jala reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately pending investigation, withhold any withdrawals, void any bets or game results associated with the conduct, and close the account permanently if the investigation confirms the violation.

77jala reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected].

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 77jala

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account restriction or closure.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request received via the responsible gaming tools or support team.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of a player account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure. All historical transaction records associated with a closed account are retained by 77jala for a minimum period of five years in compliance with our record-keeping obligations.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or permanently close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard or to contact the support team directly. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 77jala will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from re-opening an account during the exclusion period, including blocking registrations from known associated email addresses and payment methods.
