Acceptance of Terms

Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77jala will close all but the earliest registered account and may, at its discretion, forfeit bonus balances and restrict withdrawal of any funds that were obtained through multi-account activity.
Login Credentials & Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 77jala — deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. All payment method values are shown in BDT.
Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most bKash and Nagad payouts arrive within 15–30 minutes of processing.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) check. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID.

Restricted Funds
Funds deposited on the 77jala platform are intended for gaming and betting purposes. The platform does not function as a banking or money storage service. 77jala reserves the right to close dormant accounts (those with no login activity for 180 or more consecutive days) and, following a reasonable notice period, may apply an administrative maintenance charge to dormant balances in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings section. Tip: Always use the same payment account for both deposits and withdrawals. Attempting to withdraw to a different mobile wallet than the one used to deposit may result in additional verification steps and processing delays.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded by 77jala must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the bonus plus deposit amount — will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Games may contribute differently towards wagering completion; for example, slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. General Bonus Rules
- A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.

- Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum stake per spin or per bet while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. - Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless the terms of both offers explicitly permit combination.
- Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or misuse the bonus system — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the offer terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from that bonus will be removed from the player's account automatically. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates via the account dashboard.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 77jala platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, at 77jala's sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent conduct: Including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, submitting falsified verification documents, or making intentionally misleading representations to 77jala staff.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games and match-fixing in sports betting.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in a manner not achievable by an unassisted human player.
- Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors on the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through identified software exploitation will be voided.
- Money laundering: Using the 77jala platform as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. 77jala has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed towards 77jala staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised commercial activity: Operating an affiliate scheme, reselling platform access, or using the 77jala brand name, logo, or content without express written permission from 77jala management.
77jala monitors platform activity continuously for indicators of the prohibited behaviours listed above. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 77jala reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately pending investigation, withhold any withdrawals, void any bets or game results associated with the conduct, and close the account permanently if the investigation confirms the violation.
Account Suspension & Closure
77jala reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected].
Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 77jala
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the player's payment provider.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account restriction or closure.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- A player-initiated self-exclusion request received via the responsible gaming tools or support team.
Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of a player account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure. All historical transaction records associated with a closed account are retained by 77jala for a minimum period of five years in compliance with our record-keeping obligations.
Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion
